The key point to produce a good button is to pay attention to its inner structure. We buy powder from world-class producer to make sure materials with high purity and without excessive impurity. To realize dense structure, we adopt HIP furnaces. Under high temperature and high pressure, the inner structure is denser and without pores.

The main application is to press carbide button tips into pre-drilled holes in the cone of the bit to achieve better wear resistance and excellent cutting abilities for drill bits.
